HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE CHART

hypertension has different stages. Because there are to some it is not the average high because maybe of the body weight or the activity the person had and even the condition of the patient. A person with a 140 over 90 is a stage 1 high pressure. The person can experience body changes but not very alarming. 160 over 100 is the 2nd stage high pressure. This will have symptoms like feeling weak and tired and may sometimes experience heart weakness. At 180 over 110 it will be stage 3 hypertension already and some will have drossiness, fatigue and stress and people with this pressure should be alarm of the condition and should have this checked with the doctor. Stage four hypertension is patients having 210 over 120. These cases a patient will have maintenance for medicine in order to avoid complication, watchful diet, exercise and constant checkup for pressure monitor. Patience will have symptoms of fatigue, weakness, bloating, fainting, extreme anger; tired, sedentary, feeling stressed all the time. Even leads to more serious and fatal condition like heart attack, heart failure, kidney problems, diabetes and it should be discussed properly with the physician in order to let the patient understand the condition well.

NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE CHART

Normal pressure of blood can vary differently also so one monitor reading is not enough in order to be diagnosed as normal. Pressure monitor should be taken at different times of the day and should have an average blood pressure. What is important in the average pressure of blood or the mean arterial pressure over time and the MAT averages from 93 mm of mercury. The usual reading of a normal pressure is 120 over 80. And what they call 130 over 85 as high normal. But it is still not that alarming.

LOW BLOOD PRESSURE CHART

Low pressure falls below the normal pressure of 120/80. A pressure of blood of 110 over 75 is already a low blood pressure. While 90 over 60 pressure is the borderline low. 50/33 is considered danger. Patient will have weakness, tired, dizzy, and fainting. Even lead to coma and eventually death.
